Therefore, in terms of the current state of cold rammed paste, its development is actually very important for the entire market, and this important attitude has laid the foundation for the development of cold rammed paste.

The former is mostly used in semi enclosed ore furnaces; The latter is commonly used in enclosed electric furnaces and large capacity semi enclosed electric furnaces due to its low roasting temperature and easy sintering. The solid materials in standard paste are mostly composed of anthracite and metallurgical coke, while the solid materials in closed paste require a large amount of graphite chips and petroleum coke to be added. The binder in standard paste is mostly medium temperature asphalt, while the binder in sealed paste uses a large amount of tar as well as graphite chips. The special sealed electrode paste, which is highly favored by nickel iron production enterprises in ore smelting furnaces, has significantly increased the amount of tar and graphite chips added. The high prices of graphite chips and tar are the main reasons for the high prices of sealed paste, especially high-density paste.

When adding electrode paste, be careful not to scatter the electrode paste on the equipment outside the electrode cylinder to avoid electric fire accidents. Every time the electrode paste is filled, the site must be cleaned thoroughly, especially the scattered electrode paste on the equipment. Please be careful not to come into contact with both electrodes simultaneously to prevent electric shock. Also, be careful not to remove both electrodes from conductive objects at the same time to prevent electrical connection.

In addition, the electrode paste in China is mostly a square three piece connected body. It needs to be broken during use. At present, manufacturers have improved the shape of electrode paste and made it into an elliptical shape with appropriate particle size.
